MANILA— In less than an hour, AlDub Nation (ADN) on Wednesday dominated Twitter survey conducted by Tapat News which was based on Kantar Media survey report that AlDub popularity dropped from 6 million in October 2015 down to 2.65 million last December of the same year.
The AlDub love team which appears in the Kalyeserye portion of the “Juan for All, All for Juan” segment of the noontime variety show Eat Bulaga broke Twitter records last year and was responsible for a 300% increase in viewership for Eat Bulaga in August last year.
Out to prove the survey wrong, ADN took 86% of votes which answer ‘No’ to the poll question, “AlDub love team is losing popularity, do you agree?”
Fans also criticized the survey implying Kantar Media to be connected with rival station ABS-CBN. (Tapat News)
